Welcome to RishtaPakka. By registering or using our matrimonial services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Members must be of legal marriageable age (18 years or older) to register an account.
Profiles created on behalf of children or relatives must be managed with parental or legal guardian consent.
Accounts must be created solely for lawful matrimonial matchmaking purposes.

2. User Conduct & Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your personal details, age, education, and family background.
Providing false identification documents (CNIC), misrepresenting identity, or creating duplicate fake accounts will lead to immediate suspension.
Harassment, abusive communication, or commercial solicitation directed at other members is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Account Verification

Payment submission proof uploaded via forms undergoes manual verification by site administrators before plan activation.
Paid contact access packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once contact information or premium features are granted.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

RishtaPakka functions as a facilitator platform to connect families and prospective matches. Members and their families are strongly advised to conduct independent background verification before finalizing any proposals.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any profile that violates site policies, without prior notice or refund.
